Time may be prepaid at a savings in the form of tokens which are
purchased and used at a rate of 1 token/min until
depleted. Token time is not reserved as with retainer time so it is
serviced as time is available. Additional time is billed at the
standard hourly rate.

Retainers are prepaid reserved time. Hours on a retainer plan
expire at the end of each
month and do not extend to the next month. Additional time is billed at the
standard hourly rate. Hours outside of a retainer are serviced as time is
available so it's recommended an adequate amount of time is
reserved. Service agreements can be changed
prior to the month servicing to adjust for fluctuation of needs.
* Retainers require a minimum 3 month
commitment.

We accept major methods of payment

* Overtime and emergency support time applies to
all rates and is in
addition to any retainers and billed at 1.5x the
retainer/hourly rate. Overtime is anything over
8 hrs/day or 40 hrs/week or any time on government holidays. Emergency Support is
support with less than 48hrs notice or outside of
normal business hours (9am-9pm M-F CST).
