Maybe they've been job hunting for a while or just want to transition into another career, but regardless, as a job hunter, it may get frustrating hearing that you're overqualified by a potential employer. So what do you do about it? Some people may decide to 'dumb' down their resume, but then may reveal more in an interview. So how does someone encourage an employer to hire them even though they may be overqualified?

Companies, especially corporations, invest a lot of money on their computer network which means they typically have a lot of devices with more advanced features they can implement than your typical home network.

Something as simple as the commute to work should be considered when applying for a job across town. This is especially important for a lower pay job. The government has figured mileage is worth 50 cents per mile so you double that for a round trip for $1/mile. About 1/2 of this is expense for gasoline and the other 1/2 is maintenance on the vehicle such as oil changes, tires, etc.
How to live on minimum wage with some extras

It may require you to sacrifice some other things, but you can do it. For purposes of this article, our numbers will assume you're a single person, but we had a family of 4 living off of minimum wage so if we can do it, you can too.

Ever since the bottom dropped out of the economy back around the end of 2007, the job market has been really tough to re-enter. Although the official unemployment rate has been around 9%, or almost double the normal rate, the actual un/underemployment rate is even double that at around 18%!
